Nothing seems more refreshing than a gathering with friends, a nice cook out, on a perfect weekend to enjoying a cold beer. But adding some spice and a twist of flavor to a delicious cold beer will make the experience more pleasant. Those of us who have tasted a cold Michelada in this kind of scenario, know that this is party paradise in a drink. Here is the recipe for your next weekend gathering with friends with a twist of flavors.

Ingredients
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1 12oz bottle or can of beer (Corona, XX or your choice)
- A dash of hot sauce e.g Tabasco, Cholula
- A dash of Worcestershire sauce
- A dash of Maggi seasoning juice
- 4oz of Clamato
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of chilli powder
- Green olives, lime or cucumber to garnish
- Cubed ice
Instructions
[b]The Glass [/b]
- Mix in a small plate a tsp of salt and a tsp of chili powder.
- In a beer glass previously chilled in the freezer rub in the half of a lime in the rim of the glass.
- Immediately place the rim of the glass in the plate with the salt and chili powder mix so the rim of the glass will be covered with the mixture.
[b]Michelada[/b]
- In a beer glass previously prepared, add ice all the way to the top
- Mix the lime juice, the hot sauce, the Worcestershire sauce, Maggi seasoning juice and the Clamato and stir.
- Add the beer to fill up the glass.
- Garnish with a slice of cucumber or lime and you may add some olives in to the mixture to to accompanied as snack.
