Delicious home made snack
Ingredients
  • Pita Bread (Greek style) as many as you like for crackers
  • Olive Oil
  • Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • Sea Salt
Instructions
[b]The Crackers[/b]
  1. Pre heat oven to 210C (410F)
  2. Brush the pita bread with olive oil
  3. Sprinkle the sea salt and the Parmesan cheese over it.
  4. After the oven is pre heated place the pita breads in for 10 -15 min. Watch occasionally to avoid burning the pita breads.
  5. Once ready let them cool down and then break in to triangles.
  6. Tip: You can also use crushed garlic or different herbs instead of cheese, those will also make a nice variety of this tasty snack
