In a slight variation from the White Lady I made this refreshing cocktail with inspiration by a new favourite of mine, Ink Gin (currently only available in Australia) or online directly from Husk Distillers.
Ink Gin is produced by gently infusing the gin with the petals of a purple flower which change color when mixed with other liquids.
To make it fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add 2 parts gin e.g. Hendricks or Tanqueray as a base, then add 1 part Cointreau, the juice of half a lime and shake well.
Rim the glass with pink salt, pour the cocktail into the glass then gently pour 1/2 parts of Ink gin gently on top, Add your favourite garnish and enjoy responsibly.
